These are lines from Elena Petrovna Blavatskaya's book "the Secret Doctrine" first published in 1888. The above mentioned fragment contains an explanation of original causes of such people as Stalin and Hitler’s appearance. It also explains a life period of the people carried away approximately fifty million human lives.

The work is based on the author’s comments to a very ancient manuscript. According to E.P.Blavatskaya the text of this prehistoric document contains the description of a long evolutionary process of human origin in accordance with a plan and at direct participation of septenary Hierarchy of conscious Divine Forces or speaking in different words – Gods. These Gods are Builders, they plan and create revealed nature and further coordinate and supervise evolution. The source which has revealed these Gods’ existance is also mentioned. The author gives the explanations for each fragment of the manuscript . It is important to point out that there are not only comments to the above mentioned lines, but also Blavatskaya's point of view that there is no reason from above which cause sufferings to people....
